As a lifelong entrepreneur with a deep passion for real estate, business development, and community impact, I am proud to lead a portfolio of ventures that reflect my drive, long-term vision, and values.

I serve as the Principal Broker and Owner of Laviano & Associates Real Estate Group, a full-service brokerage committed to delivering expert guidance and personalized service throughout the Capital Region. With a client-first philosophy and a results-driven team, we help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate process with clarity, confidence, and care.

I’m also the Founder of Laviano Properties LLC, a real estate investment and development company specializing in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Since acquiring my first multifamily property in 2012, I’ve grown our holdings into a diverse and expanding portfolio — including ground-up developments and community-focused revitalization efforts. Most recently, I led the creation of The Joseph J. Laviano Plaza, a mixed-use project named in honor of my late father.

In recognition of my work and impact, I was honored as a 2025 Albany Business Review 40 Under 40 honoree — a milestone that reflects the entrepreneurial journey, the people behind it, and the commitment to building something meaningful for our region.

Beyond business, I’m actively involved in industry leadership and advocacy. I’ve had the privilege of serving in multiple roles with the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR), reflecting my commitment to upholding ethics, professionalism, and progress in the real estate community:
